We have factory located in Guangzhou, which covers an area of 20000 square meters with the whole new building. And we have 13 lines with more than 300 workers for assembling process.
In this industry, we owned the unique 8 sets of high-speed chip mounter and also some high technology lamp produce machines. The monthly production volume we reached 1,000,000 sets during 2013. Production is strictly in accordance with ISO9001:2000 standard. From the R&D, raw materials procurement, to the production line control and also the several times inspection on the assemble line.
All the products came out from our factory we will make sure its quality are the best and all the finished products are inspected several times by our QC dept in each assembling process.
Tooling process
We have tooling process, including the CNC and EDM machines, and injection machines, this means we can meet most clients’ special request for different shape LED lighting products. Here is some photos for reference.
